To test if games could be used as interpretive tools at the National Sports Museum, the Visitor Programs Unit formed a partnership with a local tertiary organisation. Five teams of incubator based students developed short digital games which were tested with the public as pilot examples of games that could be available in the museum in the future. This talk will cover the process, what was learnt by both sides along the way, as well as the outcome of visitor testing.
